Labor rates are going up, up, up and we are making these changes for the 2025 season:
*As a reminder, Regular memberships pay this in their dues at the start of the season while Co-op memberships are an agreement to work sufficient hours during the season to cover this amount in full.
**(Example: spring opening or fall closing work will increase from $40 per hour to $46 per hour.) This means that if you are a co-op member that completes your work each season, you will see absolutely no financial or time related impact due to change 1 and 2 as outlined here.
***If a co-op member does not complete their committed work hours for the 2025 season, they be invoiced for the balance due of the $350/$175 annual obligation, and they will also incur a 30% penalty on any balance.
****Swim team parents are required to help out because their child is on swim team, whether they are co-op members or not. We are working on an update that is fair and equitable for all swim team parents.
Please be careful when you choose which type of membership is best for you this season! We want to continue to offer co-op model as a choice, but using the co-op as an "option" or deferment of dues will have financial impacts. The Board will consider waiver applications to the 30% penalty on a case-by-case basis for special and unique circumstances. Any questions or concerns, please reach out to Brian or Jason at maintenance@zenarec.com.
