Though we at Zena Rec are always sad to see summer go, it doesn't mean the party has to end! Join us at Provisions in Woodstock on Saturday, December 7th, for an evening of friendship, food, and fun. Let's celebrate yet another summer we've shared together at our beloved park and raise a glass to many more!

Buffet Dinner including:

Lemon Chicken, Vegetable Lasagna

Roasted Potatoes, Haricot Verts, Mesclun Salad

Light Dessert & Coffee

Music, Full-Service Cash Bar, Silent Auction, and 50/50 raffle

This is our signature fundraising event for 2019. If you are unable to join us, please consider helping in any of the following ways:

Items for Auction at the Event -- we would be delighted to accept personal donations or items from local businesses interested in supporting our organization
Making a Monetary Donation
Providing a special Zena Rec memory/picture to share at the event

All are welcome to join us at this event! Please invite family and friends, and do please consider promoting this event to those you know. The more the merrier! Each dinner ticket sold results in about $10 in funds raised for the park.

As previously, this will be an adults only event. Those 21 and over are welcome to attend.

Proceeds from this fundraising event will go toward renovating the pool deck and coping to protect our cherished "47-year young" pool. We are working hard with input from commercial pool experts to ensure the pool can last another 20 years (or more!) As most of you are aware, Zena Rec Park is a non-profit, volunteer managed, organization so each dollar raised at this event will go right back to our Zena Rec Park community -- helping to keep neighbors and families happy, healthy, and enjoying outdoor sport and recreation each summer since 1971.
