Application Details:

1st Year Probationary Members: One-time application fee of $150, added to the prices shown below.

2nd Year Bonded Members: Members in good standing purchase a $300 bond, becoming part-owners of the park, plus the membership level fee.

New for 2025: Choose to pay for your bond with your initial application and receive a $75 discount on your one-time application fee.  (Total cost at time of checkout is $375)
